Phoenix Ring?
Ok, I had a pet at one point...I guess it's dead, I dunno.
But I do have a phoenix ring. Trouble is, I have no idea how to use it. Can I get a walkthrough on how to use the ring to raise a dead pet, or how to find my pet? |

Click pet in right bottom and choose Resurrect

1. You must equip it ... 2. Resurrect pet usually cost 1 Phoenix Egg, but not with the ring ... 3. However there will be 200 Turn Cooldown before you use the free Resurrection for your pet again ... |

Ooh neat, there's a pet menu...turns out he's alive, or at least susceptible to "recall".
Guess there's a manual somewhere I missed. |

also, sometimes the pet get automatically "Dismiss"-ed ... you can "Recall" it obviously ... (Note, command like "Resurrect", "Dismiss" and "Recall" can only be used when you are NOT in fight) |

The worst thing about game, pets not act like when they enemy to you. They only do melee damage and they have low hp. This sux.

yep, already complain it in one of my thread ... - About HP when you just catch it, the HP is really low ... however if you catch early WITHOUT CHANGING PET, pet HP will be raised greater when you level up ... this makes latter pet / Hunting skill become useless ... - Their status ... The rare version pet can't even hold candle against their weaker version ... Ex : Black Bear can't win against normal bear at same level, unless the level of enemy is significantly low ... - Their AI ... sometimes they just rush enemy when you plan otherwise ... also they won't attack enemy if you being attack by projectile ... - Their attack nature ... Spider and some enemies use projectile attack, yet when they are pet, they use melee instead ... |

Good points you mentioned. I lastly used crab pet. Better than bear. Did you find lvl4 hunting skill master? In thieves guild only they teach lvl3. I finished game but I couldn't find him.
