[Crafting] Simple Arrow grayed out but still craftable

Setup

• Make sure the player cannot create Simple Arrow (Should be grayed out when activating the Anvil)
• Make sure the correct amount of materials are in the players inventory (1 Iron Bar and 1 Wood)
  

Steps

1. Activate Anvil
2. The top Crafting Recipe is selected by default (which should be Simple Arrow)
3. Select Create at the bottom of the Crafting panel
   

Results
Simple Arrows are created

   

Expected
If Crafting Recipe is grayed out, player should not be able to craft that using that Recipe

Thoughts
I am not sure at this point if the player needs Archery to create Simple Arrows or the player should be able to create Simple Arrows from the start and this recipe is grayed out unnecessarily.
