how to cast chromecast from different places at home?

Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue casting from different points in my house. I have a splitter on my internet one going upstairs the other in the basement. I have to turn the WiFi off and on in order to cast depending on where I am. Is there a good for this?

If the Chromecast devices are all on the same network, then you can connect on all devices.
