Bugs and inconsistencies in 1.09

1. The description is wrong in that one, thanks for mentioning it ...
2. The description is WRONG in the book ...
you need EXACTLY one level BELOW the book mentioned ...
so you need LEVEL ONE in Arcane Art before able to use the book ...
(if you already learn 2 class, Swordplay and Archer then you can't learn Arcane Art)
3. Too bad, the chance ALREADY BEING SET when you enter the map, so save-load won't affect it at all ...
4. Yeah, that one also still bugging around ... no real use but sometimes confusing ...
