Upper pectoral: Crosses in pulley at medium height. This showed a greater activation than with low pulleys (154.0 vs 135.0 with 50kg) in the upper pectoral. Middle chest: Press bench with dumbbell. Better activation than when doing with bar (204.0 vs 181.0) comparing the highest activations achieved with variety of loads in both exercises. Bottom chest: Stressed bottoms .
