necromancer tower bug?

necromancer tower bug?
So I made it to the top of the tower and killed the mighty lord Benedict with the environment fireballs. Now I've looked every I can find a green arrow cursor but my quest won't change. Am I bugged or missing something here? I skipped the keeper in the maze if he is important.
