I personally like to have a certain order of items I store in chests, barrels and so on at my safeplace. For example, the top row of a crate is for iron ore, the middle row for iron bars and the bottom row for nails.
This order is kept whenever I close and open the container until I reload a saved game. Then all the items are arranged from top left to bottom right without all the spaces I intentionally left before.
Though it is no big bug, I would like to see it fixed for a better overview.

I figured out some of them myself (like the Crystal Cave entrance) but others (like the wealthy farmer etc.) are quite helpful for starters, especially when you do not know how to pay for simple repairs.
