Exciting!

I've just gotten to play the beta now and from what I've played so far, I'm excited about it and for what is to come! As it is I adore the atmosphere and the quite beautiful sprite graphics. I like how the mechanics are appearing to be, though I am not sure how much I like this hungry bug XD.

I think the interface is looking great, though could use some more indicators, such as what these empty spots are for on the top of my inventory (perhaps a mouseover there). I'm not sure how I feel about the limitation on building location, but at the same time the concept is cool. The lighting is great and I can't get over how great everything looks. I haven't gotten in that deep yet (still haven't left town or figured out how to build) but.. exciting!
