how nice ... I'm REALLY BAD at design ...
so I usually having default offer even at The Sims 1-4 ... *sigh*
I hope the developer willing to give certain several default home design or something latter ...
(this is also why I ask / request for more default cooking/ potion/ equipment at shop ...
not all gamer goes to design / custom ... (even The Sims maker realize this and plenty of default choice)

that's my home, a designers dawn XD - somehow i couldnt figure out how to place gound tiles

To properly place the tiles you must place them only where they really are visible.
It is an optical effect, actually no tiles behind my walls.
But this has its limitations, if you don't put doors is more difficult to hide "false tiles"
In your case you should try to remove the lower tiles that protruding from the house.
Anyway you're on track ^^

Sadly they do not regrow. I had to delete and build bushes again to harvest them. I need those green bushes for my cooking recipe.
