OK, I got level-ups to 3.
PROBLEM: Still only have 1 Learning Point. According to "Balrum Players Guide" I should have 6.
What gives

but if it's true, it's very scary bug ...
since LP is VERY VITAL in this game ... I hope developer look on this case ...
