Controls are reset each time I load a saved game.
It's very easy to reproduce : change the controls so they are Z,S,Q,D and A for next hotbar, save your game and exit.
Then start the game, load your saved game and oops, the controls are now W,S,A,D again ...
The resolution and other options are saved though, I can see them in the config.xml at the root of the game.
