Androdrox is that you train w Androdrox h weights that do not allow you to perform more than a range of 8 to 10 repet Androdrox ions per series , ie weights between 70% and 80% or more of your 1RM. If you do not have a safe method to know your RM since this would involve moving a weight in a certain exercise that only allows you to perform a repet
