Will the game be multiplayer ? Will it be possible to host players on a server and created world, a la NeverWinterNights 2 ?

As this is our first project there will be no multiplayer in the game. It would take us forever to create a flawless multiplayer experience. Maybe our next game will have multiplayer
. Balrum was started with no multiplayer in mind.

Yep, as Attila said. We have no plans for multiplayer, but man it would be great to create a world that you can explore with your friends.
