After waking up from the first nightmare, the dog/wolf I started with as a pet is gone.

can you recall ur pet with the pet menu? u can find an icon for it in the right part end of the menu bar or press u to show it.

when that icon isnt there, it's probably a bug. and pressing U seems only to select the pet
but not open the menu.
Ah! That icon was still there, and using that menu I was able to "recall" my pet. Thanks!
Still, it's a bug that I needed to use recall at all.

well it happens a lot that the pet gets dismissed and u can use it too. sometimes it s better when the pet dont is around like when u explore narrow paths or so
