Full Version: Why i am not receiving the email to reset my password?

If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:
  1. Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email accounts linked to your Facebook account.
  2. Check the mobile numbers connected to your Facebook account.
  3. Try to reset your password again.

For security reasons, parts of the email addresses and mobile numbers will be hidden (ex: fxxxxxxk@fxxxxxxk.com, xxxxxxx5555).
Keep in mind, if you still don't receive the email after requesting a password reset, we can help you recover your account.
