Just read on RPGWatch about the KS launching 
. Backed it already and I'll try posting a bit on there as well as spreading the word a bit. I hope this becomes a success.
Oh yet another advice If you can find/get in touch with other game devs once things get rolling...Especially projects whose fans are likely to be fans of your game as well!
Try to put in a good word/link in some of your updates about their own KS project and possibly they'll mention you in their updates bringing more visibility to your project. This could be great since backers of a similar KS project are far more likely to also help this project.
And I advise doing some interviews on news sites if you can.
